To uphold À La Carte standards and to be responsive to the instructions of the Restaurant Manager.

The role of the F&B Supervisor is to assist with the effortless and seamless delivery of all food and beverage products and services from the Restaurant, with an emphasis on beverage sales. Act as the main contact for staff and other hotel departments in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

The F&B Supervisor will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: High school, diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCES: Two to five years Food & Beverage Services experience. Including at least one to two years as a Supervisor required
