Mô tả công việc

Experience in online travel agent (Agoda, Booking, Expedia...) - Handling booking requests - Follow up booking payment - Update yearly contracts - Handle, update & monitor information on online selling system - Support DOSM in maintenance & develop of potential and key accounts - Support sales team and reservation - Client care & complaint handling as required

Yêu cầu công việc

- - Must have at least 2 years’ experience in online travel agent system - Good comment in Vietnamese and English. - Honest, Hardworking, Punctual. - Good communication skills. - Competent computer skills on words and excel… - Must have experience in Smile system or similar.

- CV describing past experience - Highest degree available - Resume with ID, and confirmation of local police of no prior criminal records
