Mô tả công việc

Overview of duties

•  To be responsible for all issues relating to guest room and to resolve all guests’ stay relating issues, helping to provide guest satisfaction at all times. 
• To manage and motivate Front office teams in line with the brand’s recommended behavioral guidelines, in order to provide personalized high quality guest services.
 • To ensure the respect of procedures and hygiene and safety standards. 
• To manage headcount and organization for optimum efficiency in compliance with legislation. 
• To help the department in meeting its targets. 
•  To help increase hotel revenue through his/her sales efforts. 
Main responsibilities
• To organize, manage and supervise the guest service operations of Front office, Reservation, call center, Concierge, etc. at Front office area and ensure the best guest’s welcoming and serving. To host the morning briefing of Front Office department, periodic and sudden internal meeting. To organize all procedures and regulation in relating to Front Office operations. 
•  To attend morning briefing with Board of Management and other Heads of Departments. 
• To check room availability for guests’ check in, especially VIP guests. 
• To prepare welcoming VIP guests process as per VIP Guest’s SOP, organize and follow up the VIP picking up from the airport to the hotel and inform General Manager for guest welcoming at the lobby. 
• To organize hotel’s event particular in welcoming VIP group. 
•  To meet guests in person to resolve guests’ complaint, or send feedback to guests’ comments. 
• To consider and resolve any room booking relating issues, to keep booking record of old guests and attempt to attract new guests. 
• To make business plan for department as per target set by Finance Director (or FC), to organize the execution in order to achieve set target, including reports on potential risks from guests’ debt. 

• To coordinate with Board of Management and other departments: 

- To coordinate with HK, Sales, Ecommerce department to control the room status and any relating issues to room’s maintenance, to coordinate the room maintenance schedule and room booking schedule. 
-  To coordinate with HK (PA) and Maintenance to ensure the maintenance of Front office area, entrance, public area are in good, tidy condition, elegant, every equipment in the area are in good working condition.
 -  To coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Accounting departments to review room price every day, number of room sold, to adjust room price to ensure the obtaining of the best revenue every day. To ensure the invoice is made at the appropriate timing as per guests’ request.
 - To look for competitor’s daily pricing rates and send to Board of Management and Sales team. 
• To attend monthly Credit meeting and report on the status of debt under private sector management. 
• To manage, organize, train, evaluate and develop human resources of Front Office area. To set self-development plan. 
• To organize and take part in sales tasks, to maintain current guests and develop the market share. 

• Other tasks as assigned by Board of Management.

 • Significant experience in a customer-service position.
 • Experience in team management. 
•  Extremely guest oriented and service minded. 
• Leadership and well organized.
 • IT skills: good in Microsoft office. 
• English: good writing and communication skills.
