Job Description: - Overseeing the current company products - Communicate with other departments to improve their comprehension of products. - Work on email and telephone with other department to improve the communication between production department and others. - Co-operate with other departments to find out customer needs and trends of tourism products - Analyze and evaluate the current products, giving ideas to improve the current products - Co-operate for researching and developing new products in Vietnam - Organize and contribute to the inspection trips by company or individual and giving ideas and reviews - Co-operate, work close and deal with partners, like local suppliers and other departments - Set up short-term and long term plan for production department and report to company's managers. - Screen competitors production - Train sales, marketing, operations, guide for new and existing products - Constantly screen the quality of all products and suppliers

Job Requirement - Nationality: Vietnamese, Female - University: Bachelor Degree in Hotel/Tourism management/Foreign Language or other related fields - Experience: having at least 2 year of experience in production or tour guide - Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Good skills in a second language (French, German, Italian or Spanish) Management and organization skills Deep knowledge of destinations, itineraries within Vietnam Knowledge of data processing (PC and Microsoft Software) High level of personal presentation Flexible, be willing and available to travel often Creativity, autonomy and good sense of product’s evaluation - Characteristics: Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded Please send your resume via email urgent.
