_ Since Masteri is a new luxury apartment project with nearly 4000 apartments so I have to build up all the procedure and training program for Front Office Department.
_ Recruitment and training for staffs. Include: Receptionist and Pool Attendant
_ Prepare for all the apartment handover period

We manage to open a small take away coffee shop at first since we just begin to do the business even though we have a bigger plan for operation. Not a really totally well done and success business in such a short time but it’s worth for us to realize all disadvantages to build a better plan next times. The business was running well and we have lots of customer until the house’s owner takes back the place so we have to shut down the business and continue planning
