-To bid farewell to departing guests.
-Provide information to guests and follow through any requested arrangements.
-Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel, local services and supply information and respond to guests queries.
-Coordinate with Bellman and Concierge to ensure that all standards are met and external and internal guest needs are exceeded.
-Coordinate and be aware of general arrival and departure patterns for current day, in particular VIP and group movements. Escort VIP guest to the room for check in.
-Coordinate closely with Bali airport representation, Front Desk, Club Lounge & Grand Tower Lounge team to make sure smooth in room check in for all guest using airport pick up services.
-Undertake other duties as required by Duty Manager, Front Office Manager and General Manager.
