- Float money for Depduty Manager
- Report to Depduty Manager & Owner about customers / oepration on floor
- Watching Shuffler
- Collect Stacker
- Tracking Win/loss on system & do benefit Cash Rebate , Voucher for customers
- Checking Money , Float , Stacker
- Training for Staff how to service
- Do the roaster for Staff

Supervisor Main responsibilities:
- Report to Operation Manager about customers
- Key in & sell ticket for customers
- Watching dealer
- Issuse voucher for customer
Check :
- Meter and collect money
- Machine problems ( Slot and Table )
- Points and Win/Lost for customers

SupervisorMain responsibilities:
Start shift
*Briefing for staff
- What’s new food&drink of the day
- Out of food&drink of the day
- Arrange area for staff
*Check
- How many table booking of day
- Grooming of staff
- Table was set up
- Fecilities of restaurant make sure still work
End shift
- Do report about operation and revenue send to GM

SupervisorMain responsibilities:
-Report to Operation Manager about customers-Support Receptionist to take benefit for customers such as the cash rebate and promovoucher
-Key in & sell ticket for customers
-Explain and guide the customers how to play machine ( Slot / Table/ Roulette ) -Introduce monthly promotion to customers -Tranning staff how to serve
-Check :
*Meter and collect money
*Machine problems ( Slot and Table )
*Points and Win/Lost for customers
*Lucky draw tickets
