- Cooperate with partner to register hotel’s package on ecommerce website, such as tiki.vn,
nhatrangnow.com.
- Send hotel’s promotion to guest via mailchimp
- Take care and reply all guest comments, reviews on all channels
- Discuss with designer to design banner, poster, brochure.
- Follow OTA channels.
- Action as Assistant of Front Office Manager, report and solve guest issue

roster
