- Admin of Hotel’s Fanpage: reply inbox, review, comment, facebooks’s content.
- Create and run advertising campaigns on Facebook, follow guest engagement, measure and
manage ads.
- Contact with 3rd party to sign affiliate marketing agreement, such as: banks, associations,
chambers.
- Cooperate with partner to register hotel’s package on ecommerce website, such as tiki.vn,
nhatrangnow.com.
- Send hotel’s promotion to guest via mailchimp
- Take care and reply all guest comments, reviews on all channels
- Discuss with designer to design banner, poster, brochure.
- Follow OTA channels.
- Action as Assistant of Front Office Manager, report and solve guest issue
- Admin tasks: make proposal and follow approval, prepare letter, announcement, timesheet, duty
roster
