- Make the Database/ Sales plan.
- Make relationship with client and booker to initiate and market for new accounts.
- Handle smoothly guest complaints if any.
- Responsible for OTA, corporation and travel agent.
- Conducts the daily sales calls and site inspection trips to hotel by corporate clients.
- Develop action plans and set objectives for increased revenue and maximum profit for hotel management.
- Support DOS about revenue report.
- Responsible for the execution of yearly budget assigned

- Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director.
- Make relationship with guest and booker to initiate and market for new accounts.
- To service existing accounts efficiently, courteously and professionally with a high standard of service and hospitality at all times.
- Keeps a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them.
- Make the authority and responsibility of administrating tenancy documents and other related sales administrative functions.
- Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated.
- Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related actives for the preceding month.

- Work closely with Building Management.
- Make sure the administration activities within an organization run smoothly.
- Work with authorized offices for related matters
- Make payment requests for related expenses: electricity, telephone, ticket booking, mobile phone, taxi, drinking water, stationery and other potential services.
- Collect bills/receipts of all expenses & double check with records… by the end of a month before payment.
- Liaise with companies on negotiations and execution of service apartment, office and retail tenancies/leases. Attend to guests’ requests and queries promptly and efficiently at all times.
- Translate and interpret if required.

- Welcome and check-in all guests according to established procedures and assign rooms and prepare folders for all arriving guests.
- Handle all mail, facsimiles, messages and other special request for guests.
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and members and assist Reservations Department in taking reservation after office hours.
- To attend to guests complaints promptly and then report to Duty Manager or Assistant Manager for follow up.
- Check out guests according to established procedures, and ensure all payment or vouchers are collected. Balance all, the daily posting transactions and ensure monies collected are banked into the General Cashier’s safe at the end of each shift
- Provide currency exchange service for guests.
