Organize and manage the front desk skillfully and
diplomatically
Check the appearance, discipline and efficiency of
Customer Service: Customer Service Officers, Club house
attendants and drivers
Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the front desk
Always serve quickly and politely
Communicate with other Customer Service departments
and other departments in the company to keep the
business running smoothly
Monitor and coordinate all activities at the front desk
Ensure security measures are taken in handing over key
cards and guest information in the computer system
Check registration and control slips
Processing Cash Advances or Cash received upon checkout
Maintain tight control over the operation of computer
systems and peripheral devices
Raise the standard of guest service through regular
communication from guests to staff, to management
Responsible for the equipment and orderliness of the
Counter
Responsible for maintaining a complete and up-to-date
reservation system
Train staff in specific areas for improvement
Perform any other duties as requested by the GS Director
or the Board of Directors
