Cost Controller
Main responsibilities :
- Ensure the process of cost control are applied for all departments, especially F&B cost, Stock and Rotation
management, energy cost, and operating costs.
- Organize and conduct cost control and minimize loss through an efficient production. Besides, standardize the process to meet customer needs and achieve profit targets.
-The extracted food revenue from the SAP system, controlled by the Income Auditor.
- Random check of inventory items must be carried out at least once a month by the cost officer.
- Minibar management process
- Mandatory monthly F&B report
- Disposal of damaged goods (not buffet foods):

Accountant Payable
Main responsibilities :
- Ensured the invoice payments were completed within a timely manner and in accordance with payment terms.
- Verified and checked expenses claims - Matching invoices to the relevant receipts.
- Set up vendor accounts and reconciled statements.
- Filing and maintaining suppliers Records
- Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
- Kept track of every transaction and logged details into a system.

Main responsibilities:
- Auditing the costs of each department to ensure effectiveness.
- Performing physical inventories for the food and beverage and retailareas as required.
- Performing regular analysis on product mix/margin and guestpreference to provide an understanding of the impact of themerchandising efforts on revenue.
- Assisting with price input, menu updates and user changes in thepoint of sale (POS) system.
- Inputting receipt of food & beverage, and relevant products into theinventory and recipe of the purchasing system.
- Investigating all measurement unit issues and noticeable pricevariances as required.
- Updating all inventory requisitions through the inventory and purchasing system.
- Building procedures and configure Vinwonder Grandpark accounting system, control risks of revenue and inventory
- Financial reporting preparation
