Responsible for all Engineering in the Resort consisting of 497 rooms, 69 villas and including mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment including heating and ventilation systems, where my role will include the following main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the annual OPEX and CAPEX budget.
- Review and control on a daily basis all Engineering Department Expenses and Energy consumption.
- Review and propose all necessary maintenance contracts for all critical systems in the resort.
- Analyze and monitor Engineering activities, costs
- Study all possible ways to implement new renovation projects within the limited budget, considering suitable materials and present to the General Manager and Owner the proposed timetable required to implement this project.
- Organize and implement Preventive Maintenance Program including equipment and engineering systems.
- Review, improve and optimize all MEP systems such as fire suppression, fire alarm, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, emergency power and security system packaging.
- Ensure that all management files are updated including printed drawings, technical and equipment specifications, technical maintenance manuals.
- Propose and evaluate energy saving programs and ensure they are implemented as well as investigate waste.

Oversee engineering operations at a 5-star resort with 493 rooms, 10 villas
- Fully responsible for operation and maintenance of all MEP systems: electrical, water supply, HVAC, firefighting
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans; manage 24/7 shift operations and quick response to incidents.
- Optimize energy usage, propose system improvements, and apply cost-saving initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and brand requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise renovation projects, contractor management, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Oversee resort landscape, including gardens, lawns, ponds, public and villa areas.
- Plan and manage regular maintenance, irrigation systems, and drainage.
Supervise landscaping team; manage materials such as plants, fertilizers, and pesticides in a safe, sustainable manner.
- Support outdoor events by ensuring landscape readiness and seamless collaboration with operations.

- Inspect and maintain electrical systems for stable operation.
- Ensure all in-room electrical equipment (lighting, AC, mini fridge, TV, hairdryer) functions properly.
- Conduct regular maintenance on wiring, circuit breakers, electrical panels, and sockets.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment to prevent operational disruptions.
- Monitor and test generators for backup power reliability.
- Perform safety checks on fire alarm and emergency power systems.
- Install new electrical equipment as required (lighting, AC, audio, fire alarms).
- Identify and reduce unnecessary power consumption.
- Maintain detailed reports on system status, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Follow all safety standards and hotel procedures.

- Oversee operation & maintenance of technical systems (electricity, water, HVAC, elevators).
- Conduct periodic inspections to ensure all equipment functions properly.
- Recommend upgrades or replacements for key systems (AC, lighting, fire alarm, etc.).
- Ensure fire safety systems are fully operational and ready for emergencies.
- Monitor energy usage, optimizing efficiency & reducing costs.
- Train staff on maintenance, troubleshooting & safety procedures.
- Assign & supervise maintenance tasks, ensuring quality & timely execution.
- Address guest requests for technical services promptly.
- Provide regular reports on maintenance, repairs & incidents.
- Suggest system upgrades & process improvements for better efficiency.

- Oversee technical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, fire safety, security).
- Develop & implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure stable operations.
- Manage & assign tasks to the technical team for smooth maintenance.
- Establish troubleshooting procedures to minimize disruptions.
- Train staff on safety, maintenance, and repairs.
- Supervise maintenance of guest rooms & common areas (lobbies, restaurants, gyms, spa).
- Optimize HVAC & energy efficiency while ensuring service quality.
- Manage budgets & cost control for maintenance and repairs.

- Manage a team of Engineers with 4 Engineering Supervisors, 15 Engineering staff
- Perform handover/acceptance, testing & commissioning between PMU/Contractor and Operator for 130 Villas (390 rooms) and all related properties.
- Work directly with the Department Director and General Manager.
- Lead the Engineering team during the pre-opening phase until the hotel opens.
- Set up/implement the key roadmap for the pre-opening phase.
- Develop budget and Toolkit for the department
- Lead the team to operate all technical systems when the property is put into operation.
- Follow up the review/consolidation of Fire Safety systems in the property to comply with Sailing Brand Safety Standards.
- Set up/monitor the implementation of the preventive maintenance program for the property.
- Manage energy for all facilities of the property.
- Training and development for technical team according to the group's instructions
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports.

- Manage ENG team with 4 Engineering Supervisors, 42 Engineering staff.
- Train Engineering staff according to Premier Residences Resort instructions
- Work directly with Director of Engineer
- Ensure 24-hour maintenance and technical coverage for 5-star hotel with 745 rooms and 7 villas, 2 outlet restaurants, 1 swimming pool of near 3500m3.
- Plan and inspect areas to ensure preventive maintenance plan (PMP) is scheduled.
- Maintain logs and records for all technical equipment.
- Advise DoE on all aspects of technical support, environmental control and property performance.
- Plan and manage OPEX and CAPEX Engineer budget for the hotel.
- Prepare, revise, establish maintenance schedules, maintenance forms, SOPs according to AccorHotels standards.
- Build and operate energy-efficiently
- Ensure prompt, safe and comfortable technical support services for guests and that all service requests are handled in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and fire regulations by regularly reviewing safety policies and procedures.
- Manage renovation projects (time, cost effective and minimally impacted operations)
- Closely monitor the condition of physical assets and equipment by conducting ongoing building inspections. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are in place and regularly updated.
- Manage inventory.
- Ensure cost effectiveness and technical efficiency of all services performed by external contractors by closely monitoring. Ensure all work is carried out. + Prepare reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual)
