Responsible for all engineering operations of the resort (497 rooms, 69 villas), including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems (HVAC, fire safety, plumbing, lighting, security, and emergency power).

- Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets, control daily expenses and energy consumption.
- Oversee maintenance contracts and ensure optimal system performance.
- Plan and execute renovation projects within budget and timeline.
- Implement Preventive Maintenance Programs for all equipment and systems.
- Optimize MEPF systems and maintain updated technical documentation.
- Develop and enforce energy-saving programs

- Inspect and maintain electrical systems for stable operation.
- Ensure all in-room electrical equipment (lighting, AC, mini fridge, TV, hairdryer) functions properly.
- Conduct regular maintenance on wiring, circuit breakers, electrical panels, and sockets.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment to prevent operational disruptions.
- Monitor and test generators for backup power reliability.
- Perform safety checks on fire alarm and emergency power systems.
- Install new electrical equipment as required (lighting, AC, audio, fire alarms).
- Identify and reduce unnecessary power consumption.
- Maintain detailed reports on system status, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Follow all safety standards and hotel procedures.

- Oversee operation & maintenance of technical systems (electricity, water, HVAC, elevators).
- Conduct periodic inspections to ensure all equipment functions properly.
- Recommend upgrades or replacements for key systems (AC, lighting, fire alarm, etc.).
- Ensure fire safety systems are fully operational and ready for emergencies.
- Monitor energy usage, optimizing efficiency & reducing costs.
- Train staff on maintenance, troubleshooting & safety procedures.
- Assign & supervise maintenance tasks, ensuring quality & timely execution.
- Address guest requests for technical services promptly.
- Provide regular reports on maintenance, repairs & incidents.
- Suggest system upgrades & process improvements for better efficiency.

- Oversee technical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, fire safety, security).
- Develop & implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure stable operations.
- Manage & assign tasks to the technical team for smooth maintenance.

- Evaluate technical systems (electrical, water, HVAC, fire safety, security, pools) across 50 villas & common areas.
- Ensure safety systems (fire alarms, firefighting, emergency exits, security) are installed, tested & compliant.
- Develop & implement a preventive maintenance plan for operational efficiency.
- Establish a fast-response system to minimize disruptions from technical incidents.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental & energy-saving regulations.
- Train & develop the technical team on maintenance, safety & troubleshooting.
- Oversee villa equipment maintenance (AC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen appliances).
- Monitor & optimize the maintenance budget, balancing cost & service quality.
- Continuously improve technical systems, implementing energy-saving solutions

- Lead Engineering team (4 Technical Supervisors, 15 staff) through pre-opening & operational phases.
- Oversee handover, testing & commissioning of 130 villas (390 rooms) and related properties.
- Work closely with Department Director & General Manager.
- Develop and implement pre-opening roadmap, budget, and toolkit.
- Ensure compliance with Sailing Brand Safety Standards, especially Fire Safety systems.
- Establish and monitor Preventive Maintenance Programs & Energy Management.
- Train and develop the technical team per group standards.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

- Lead a team of 4 Technical Supervisors & 37 staff, ensuring training per Premier Residences Resort standards.
- Work closely with Technical Director & General Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee 24/7 maintenance for a 5-star hotel (745 rooms, 7 villas, 2 restaurants, 1 pool – 3,500m³).
- Develop & execute Preventive Maintenance Plans (PMP) and maintain technical records.
- Advise DoE, GM, and Owners on technical, environmental, and property performance.
- Plan & manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Establish & update maintenance schedules, SOPs, and safety compliance per AccorHotels standards.
- Optimize energy efficiency and oversee renovation projects with minimal operational impact.
- Monitor physical assets, contractor services, inventory, and ensure all reports are prepared on time.
