After working many different positions and working places, now i hope to find out the good and suitable company for the long term commitment.

I. STORE:
- Develop and finalize documents, internal policies & processes.
- Purchase the materials for the store according to orders.
- Create E-learning training documents for the online channel.
- Develop the formula calculation for profit and loss of each product.
- Follow and watch the situation of using the material of each store.
- Conduct the material inventory at the end of month.
- Compine information from the store to support the implementation of other related tasks as required.
II. PURCHASING :
- Monitor warehouse operations, arrange purchases, incoming goods, outgoing goods, and check reports on inventory tracking.
- Establish a system for controlling goods: Inbound - Outbound - Inventory.
- Create and do date entry for the inventory reports of all stores everyday.
- Do data entry all revenue of all stores everyday.
- Deposit money into the bank, manage cash funds, operating expenses, confirm and check inventory.
- Watch and follow the inventory to do purchasing for all stores on time.
- Keep & arrange all documents, contracts, quotation.....
III. DESIGN:
- Create some simple designs for store posters by Corel and Photoshop.
- Research and develop new menu designs.

- Support for the visibility in the restaurant segment.
- Be responsible for the Government task (Police, fire rescue, environment, hygiene and food safety).
- Support to have done with external audit parties.
- Performing other assigned tasks as directed by Director.

- Receiving order requests from factory, sale department, accounting department....
- Establishing communication and searching for suppliers.
- Executing procurement according to the plan
- Ensuring a timely supply of products.
- Ensuring purchase quality according to the factory requirement.
- Engaging in sourcing activities, evaluating and selecting potential suppliers, negotiating, and finalizing contracts for supply and purchase.
- Performing other assigned tasks as directed by Director.

- Receive the new order from Vietnamese or Foreign Boss after joining in the Oversea Shoes Fair (Each Season).
- Follow up the status of order from the beginning until finishing the shipment.
- Making the sample according to the customer request
- Solve all PO issues to minimize the impact and manage on-time delivery.
- Follow up the sample with factory and customer to get the buyer's approval before production.
- Contact, exchange with foreign colleague to fulfill the buyer's requirement via email.
- Book the hotel, buy ticket and make visa for foreign Boss.
- Other tasks as required by the department head.
