I was responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned areas under supervision, working rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) to support the team’s daily operations. With my previous experience in both public area and room cleaning, I was also trusted to handle special tasks such as floor scrubbing, marble polishing, and carpet shampooing. During night shifts, I assisted with guest requests as needed.
In early September 2024, I was officially promoted to Public Area Team Leader. Prior to that, from March 2024, I had already been trained and acted in a supervisory role.
