My name is Phạm Thành Tài, and I am a final-year student at Ton Duc Thang University, majoring in Hospitality Management. I am writing to apply for the HR Trainee position.

I’m an honest and hardworking person who always tries to complete tasks responsibly. I learn quickly and enjoy improving my skills, especially when supporting others. In HR, I believe it’s important to be friendly, communicate clearly, and treat everyone with respect. I’m a good listener, and I always try to create a positive and supportive environment for both colleagues and employees. A weakness of mine is that I struggle to work effectively when I’m overloaded with tasks. I also tend to overthink things, which can make me feel stuck or uncertain at times. Therefore, I’m learning to handle pressure better and simplify my thinking to improve in these areas.

Through my experience as a Teaching Assistant at Apollo English, I developed strong communication and organizational skills. I helped teachers with lesson planning, supported training activities, and clearly communicated with students, teachers, and parents. I also kept records, scheduled meetings, and managed daily tasks carefully and efficiently.

I also completed an internship at Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel, where I worked in the Club Lounge. There, I learned how to deliver excellent service, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure. These experiences helped me become more patient, responsible, and flexible.
