I am a quiet team member however I can still communicate effectively with all of the people on floor especially when needed. It is just easier for me to do the jobs quicker if I am focus. I am also a good team member who always willing to help others. I believe this is a way to do the work faster and increase the team morale. I have the ability to adapt as well to any spontaneous situations that could happen and also, I usually can get used to with the workplace environment quickly as well. Moreover, I can always maintain the professionalism within the workplace. I can definitely ensure that my appearance and behaviors are always professional because I am aware that once I have worked in a business, I would represent for that business so I will make sure I can always look good and being helpful in front of the guests. In PIHMS I also received training quite strictly about time management because we understand that the most important thing in the hospitality industry is about making the guests happy and satisfied. This can be done by having high productivity by managing time reasonably and do the jobs accurately by following procedures.
