resort projects across the country.
• My job is oversee the znancial operations of multiple hotels within the
cluster:
a. Manage all budget for all properties.
b. Manage the accounting records and znancial reports for all hotels
in the cluster, ensuring compliance with company, owner,
statutory, and zscal requirements.
c. Ensure the balance sheets of all hotels accurately reflect their
assets and liabilities, with regular reviews and reconciliations.
d. Maintain a robust system of internal controls across the cluster to
safeguard assets, liabilities, revenue, and costs.
e. Taskforce any property need to support.
f. Set up Accounting System and Team Account for Pre-opening.
• My role is to ensure the highest standards of znancial accounting,
control, and reporting across all properties, while providing strategic
financial support to the General Manager and hotel teams.
