Control room status and arrange the room for arrivals next day and for VIP
guest.
Assist guest in providing conceirge services for guest such as pick-up and
drop-off car, assist luggages, book tours
Handle check-in, check-out and double check arrivals and departures list.
Ensure the cash float and credit card transactions are recorded correctly.
Update handover log with important guest notes and pending request.
Receive guest's feedback or inquiries, handle incidents or complaint from guest.
