Hello, my name is Bạc Thị Lan. With over 5 years of experience in hotel management as an Executive Assistant and Hotel management leadership trainee. I have developed strong skills in project coordination, cross-department communication, and planning high-level operations. During this time, I also managed two small fan pages and gained practical experience with Opera system and basic Facebook Ads. These experiences inspired me to move toward a MarCom position, where I can combine my understanding of hospitality operations with my passion for digital communication and brand marketing.
