Glandore Systems is an agile software company developing mobile and complex web applications in Ireland and Vietnam. Our headquarters are in Cork, Ireland, while our main R&D Center in Saigon employs over 300 people, making Glandore Systems the largest Irish company in Vietnam.

Primary objective: Assist the company’s clients in searching for any candidate profiles matching with jobs’ requirements from online data sources and support them in building their internal data banks.

- Handling recruitment surges and high-volume sourcing requirements
- Ongoing pipe-lining / searches for passive candidates
- Fortifying your company’s knowledge of the market and talent by building and continually updating a thorough database of potential candidates and contacts.
- Understanding client requirements and sourcing suitable candidates for different positions.
- Searching & Short-listing the candidates as per client’s requirements via job boards and social networking sites.
- Screening and short-listing CVs based on the remit provided.
- Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission.
- Submitting complete profile to Team Leader within the given time.
- Getting new updating or tips from seniors or higher positions regarding tough requirements.
- Doing some project tasks such as: doing career market research, building a customer database, etc.
- Other duties assigned by Team Leader & Sourcing Manager.
