• Main responsibilities: Inspect, test and assess software and hardware systems for its failure.
• Check and verify accounting books and records are in conformity with industry practices and
corporate policies.
• Review, assess and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business unit.
• Corresponding to customers when exist extraordinary expenditure or extraordinary profit and
assess that are both realistic and up to the norm.
• Analytical procedures and Test of detail balances

• Main responsibilities:
• Ensured the invoice payments were completed within a timely manner and in accordance with
payment terms.
• Verified and checked expenses claims - Matching invoices to the relevant receipts.
• Set up vendor accounts and reconciled statements.
• Filing and maintaining suppliers Records
• Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax
purposes
• Kept track of every transaction and logged details into a system.

• Main responsibilities:
• Auditing the costs of each department to ensure effectiveness.
• Performing physical inventories for the food and beverage and retail areas as required.
• Performing regular analysis on product mix/margin and guest preference to provide an
understanding of the impact of the merchandising efforts on revenue.
• Assisting with price input, menu updates and user changes in the point of sale (POS) system.
• Inputting receipt of food & beverage, and relevant products into the inventory and recipe of the
purchasing system.
• Investigating all measurement unit issues and noticeable price variances as required.
• Updating all inventory requisitions through the inventory and purchasing system.
• Building procedures and configure Vinwonder Grandpark accounting system, control risks of
revenue and inventory
• Financial reporting preparation

• Set up Sops and implement procedures related to department
• Set up code for inventories at hotel in Purchasing System.
• Set up code of revenue, selling items, payment and input to system Opera.
• Manage daily food Cost and Control Closing accounting books of accounting staffs to have good
result of works, Smooth operation.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial system (Opera,Purchase Plus & Fairplaner
Budget), processes, internal controls, to improve efficiency
• Preparing monthly, yearly financial reports, in correspondence with state department (in IFRS
VAS standard), the regulation of owner company, the manager’s requirements
• Approve void bill, transfer this bill in POS to Docmx daily
• Doing monthly P&L meeting for all department to show them business situation and have action
plan to improve revenue as well as control cost effectively.
• Review Payroll and Tax report: PIT, CIT, FCT, VAT report, other tax declaration for Tax
department.
• Associate with DOF to build up budget, forecast
• Other duties assigned by DOF and other administrative work.
