Human Resources:
Report to: Director
Manage the hotel activities of recruitment, training, payroll, legal compliance and benefits: SHUI, PIT, employee relations.
Prepare monthly HR report.
Provide orientation training for newcomers.
Internal PR (Planning, organizing and conducting for Company Inside (team building, workshop, team activities: birthday, canteen...) to motivate and encourage the staffs. Build up budget for HR, regularly appraisal for staff.
To establish procedure for labor contracts, handbook, resignation... standards of discipline.
To organize the training programs: firefighting, health and safety, and medical check-up, hygiene.
Relationship with Hoa Sen University, FPT,...
In charge of work permit, TRC, visa, car license, insurance for expat.
Management assistance function:
In charge of administration tasks and legal issues. Understanding and following up the work scope, responsibility, benefit and legal
Dealing with related departments to complete the requisition of Director.
To establish good relationship with the local and government organizations.
Motivating and staffing of Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Sales, Maintenance and Security.
Arrange documents for speed boat and pier license.
Assist maintain long-terms clients relationships, and participate in weekly meetings of the BNI Vietnam to secure repeat business.
