Hello, my name is Vo Quy Thanh. I am currently working as Demi Chef de Partie in Bakery and have experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in Bakery.
I have a strong passion for baking and pastry, especially in bread and laminated dough such as croissants and Danish. Through my work at Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport and previous restaurants, I have gained hands-on experience in preparing a wide variety of breads and desserts, as well as setting up buffet lines and managing daily production.
I am a hardworking, responsible person who can work well under pressure and in a team environment. I am always eager to learn more and improve my skills, especially in high-standard hotel kitchens.
My goal is to grow further in the bakery field, develop my techniques, and contribute to delivering high-quality products and great dining experiences for guests.
