Mô tả công việc
- Performs the quality and consistency of the product and service, as well as for the overall revenue and profitability of the operational F&B.
- Performs the functions within the framework defined by the norms of the chain and by internal regulations with several services.
- Determine budget forecasts and investment plan for the department’s operation.
- Provides guest intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in F&B strategy to meet or exceed guest’s expectations.
- Forecasts talent needs and manages talent acquisition strategy with HR to develop talent and minimize lost time due to turnover.
- Ensure all respective employees receive appropriate training and coaching in liaise.
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 year-experience in the Food & Beverage – Department Head or related professional area;
- Degree in F&B, Hospitality Management or related major;
- Demonstrated skills in supervising a team, progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance;
- Excellent verbal and written in English;
- Proactive, hospitality oriented, excellent communication;
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all time;
- Vietnamese under local contract.
