Mô tả công việc

Job description:

• Sell the hotel products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques;

• Promote hotel products and services;

• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge;

• Record and process reservation made by phone, fax, email;

• Process amendments to reservations by investigating and recording of same booking;

• Record special arrangements for all reservation;

• Maintain awareness of special rates/offers/promotions;

• Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates;

• Follow other work assignments from Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, colleagues and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the Brand and the Company;

• Team work, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational abilities;

• Good English speaking & writing skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Certificate in Hospitality or related field;

Experience:

• 2 year experience in reservation or Front Office at 4 or 5 star hotels.
