Mô tả công việc

Be familiar with department duties, operations, and guest amenities
Prepare and arrange items at the reception desk
Welcoming guests properly
Guide guests, escort guests into the room
Check the report
Prepare keys for guests
Observe and practice check-in and check-out procedures
Reach and practice bookings for regular customers
Receiving inquiries and handling complaints
Upgrade guest to higher room class
