Director of Human Resources / Giám đốc nhân sự

• As HR Director, you’ll drive HR and initiatives such as hiring, benefits, employee relations and training programmes, to ensure compliance for hotel team members.
• You’ll also promote a positive team culture whilst ensuring colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life. 
• You'll also coach the General Manager and leadership team on all people-related issues.

1. LEAVE - NGÀY NGHỈ

• 2 day - off per week/Hưởng 2 ngày nghỉ/tuần.
• At least 12 Annual Leave per year/Ít nhất 12 ngày phép/năm.

2. ALLOWANCE - TRỢ CẤP

• Service charge/Thưởng phí phục vụ hàng tháng.
• Relocation allowance/Trợ cấp chi phí di chuyển nhận việc.

1. Education/Học vấn:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Training.

Đại học Chuyên ngành Nhân sự hoặc Đào tạo.

2. Service years in the field/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành:

• 03 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Có kinh nghiệm 3 năm liên quan đến Nhân sự hoặc vị trí tương đương.

3. Knowledge and skills/Kiến thức và kỹ năng:

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Good writing skills.

4. Language/Ngoại ngữ:

• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)

Thông thạo tiếng Anh (nghe, nói, đọc, viết)
