Mô tả công việc

Ensure smooth daily operation of Spa.
Schedule treatments and staff schedules according to the spa's and guests' operational needs.
Ensure all service standards are strictly met
Make daily, weekly, monthly and yearly revenue reports
Make a monthly report on usage of appliances
Responsible for ensuring and maintaining an adequate supply of products.
Prepare other reports as required by management
Explain in detail about treatment and suggest treatment to guests in a professional and polite manner
Answer customers' questions to the best of their ability, ensuring customer satisfaction during service use
Perform other duties as required by the Manager
