Mô tả công việc

Front Office Trainee:

Prepare VIP arrival list.
Set up VIP welcome amenities.
Perform as lobby greeter.
To assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions.
Have basic knowledge of all Front Office operations.
Welcome guest at lobby, guide way to front desk and to other hotel outlets.
Provide hotel information when it comes to guest enquiries, report to supervisor or manager when issues happen.

2. Accommodation: shared room 2 - 4 pax/room at Staff house

3. Meals: 3 meals/day at cafeteria

4. Air ticket allowance: Fully paid when completing 3 months and above of internship program.

5. Provide information, data supporting for internship report (including company stamp)

Yêu cầu công việc

• No experience required

• 3rd and 4th year students of Intermediate Schools, Vocational Schools, Colleges and Universities who wish to practice/practice related skills in the field of Hotel

• Dynamic, hard-working, creative and passionate about success

• Communication skills, interacting with guests, colleagues and demonstrating the standards of the resort, the brand and the company.

• Good communication in English
