Responsibility for reception, registration, rooming guest, check-in guest in the hotel and police system. Exceed guest’s expectations by providing professional, efficient, courteous and friendly service from arrival to departure consistently. 

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Greets guest courteously upon arrival.
•  Advises all guests of their room numbers and room rates. 
• Promotes in-house service facilities in order to increase revenues. 
• Keeps an accurate room status at all time. 
• Handles complaints efficiently and promptly. 
• Actively participates in group rooming. 
• Handles guest needs, inquiries and requests. 
• Ensures that all pertinent information is recorded on Registration cards. 
• Be fully trained on the resort PMS system, handling Check-in and check outs of guest as per Salinda Standards. 
• Reports daily activity on log book. 
• Maintains good employee relations. 
• Check-out guest.
• Complies with hotel health, safety and hygiene policy. 
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned. 
• Well-groomed, neat and tidy at work. 
• Strictly comply the Hotel regulation and Employee Handbook. 
• Implement Department Head’s instruction and assignment

Yêu cầu công việc

1. 1 year experience in the same position in 5* hotel
   
2. Proficient English communication skills
3. Preferably prior knowledge of Opera PMS system
