- To be fully aware of the Hotel’s products and activities.

- Perform Check in & Check Out at the reception.
- Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure eff ectivecontrol for guest security.
- To meets and greet the guests especially regulars and VIPs on thearrivals and departures.

Main responsibilities:
- Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation, amenities andspecial requests of guests.
- Announce VIP rooms to Housekeeping and F&B departments.
- Ensure VIP rooms are ready, checked and all in order prior arrival.
- Attend management morning briefi ng if needed/requested
- Take responsibility of your shift & handle situations, ensure that thereception team on shift is looked after and helped if needed.
- Be part & lead in success of Accor enrolment and assist to achievethe hotel target.
- Handle guest complaints and take action immediately to ensuresatisfaction is delivered.
- Handle walk-in counter reservations at all times and process call-inreservation when room reservations section is closed.
- Provide friendly smooth courteous service to guest and respondpromptly to all requests and inquiries at all time.
- Encourage rooms & breakfast upselling daily to the team and shareresult and feedback.
- Check Hotel situation, occupancy, functions, groups, MIPs - File dailyreception report and documents systematically.
- Coordination and information with the Front Offi ce, Housekeeping,F&B and especially with the General Manager regarding MIPs and VIPs.
