-Take responsible for tracking operation in company: network, computer, printer, wifi, ip phone, virtual server. Quick support, troubleshoot when have any problem.
-Main responsibility for supporting POS hardware devices for customer in HCMC or province. Diagnostic, check and fix for example: Micros workstation 5A, 610, 620, 650, slip printer, guest check printer, micros tablet ( E11, 310, 721 ).
-Assist POS team to check the compatible POS hardware ( printer, POS workstation) with new simphony versions. Assist Opera, MC, Sun team to prepair new virtual windows server for testing in Hyper-V application.
-Responsible for implementing server infrastructure for customer.
-Implemented projects: all sites of Vinpearl (condotel, hotel, resort), Sixsense Con Dao, Best Western Sonasea Phu Quoc
* 2016: Hardware upgrading project for all Vinpearl site
-Responsible for setup, install windows server, license, set up and configure HP3Par storage, SAN switch. Install new host using vSphere for virtual server,
-Assist hotel IT team connecting SAN system, server host to local network, cabling, checking final whole new setup system and handing over to ITM.
* 2018: Setup new POS, Opera server for Sixsense Con Dao.
-Responsible for install, licensing new windows server.
-Assist IT team to setup physical server into rack. Checking final and handing over to ITM.
* Setup new POS, Opera server for Best Western Sonasea Phu Quoc.
-Responsible for install, licensing new windows server.

• Campus support:
 Support teacher team to repair teaching materials, textbooks, facilities ( laptop, electrical pen, back bag…)
 Diagnostic, fix error teaching equipment at school ( speaker, laptop, screen ).
 Facilities management: checking, arrange asset, hardware device then report to manager.
 Move asset between department when requested and update information user.
• IT helpdesk:
 Responsible for installing application, printer for back office
 Maintenance, troubleshoot hardware devices ( laptop, computer, printer, camera, wifi ). Guarantee the network and operation of teams work properly.

-Implement the surveillance camera system, network, alarm system.
-Install, maintenance camera management application.
-Support user onsite, troubleshooting issue about camera.
-Projects: CSVC ( China Steel Sumikin VietNam)
• Implement the surveillance, alarm, motion detection system.
• Follow, track the issue, troubleshooting error application. Report daily to manager.
• Training, writing user guide camera management software ( Noou CCTV system).
