Assure excellent Bars, Lounges services and beverage production in order to increase the Bar revenue and improve Guest satisfaction in accordance with the Bar manual.
Manage the operation of the Bars department.
Control and ensure the procedure of preventive maintenance, deep cleaning, machines within the bar department.
Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service to guests.
Strong communicate to handle any guest complains.
Performs other duties/ tasks if require by Line Manager.

Communicate with the guest in Chinese and selling the food/beverage item to them.
Check the satisfaction of the guest when they dining in the restaurants
Serve food courses and beverages to the guests.
Commuicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availility.
During the shift helps to keep the set up, ensure the refill of drinks and bottles, preparation of snacks, continuous cleaning
to guarantee the service.
Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off the lights…
Know the menu/ special promotions/beverage recipes.
Commuinicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
Serving white/red wine, champagne/sparkling wine to the guest.
Present physical and accurate check to the guest and process payment.

Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service to guests
Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently.
Assit management to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs.
Assit the team with general responsibilities during service.
Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
