After experiencing professional life through the eyes of an entrepreneur, I have acquired many skills and experience. The act of overcoming business failure has pushed me to go back to the workforce, with a strong interest in building my long-term career in the tourism and hospitality industry.
I would say I have a strong sense of professionalism. That is why my top priority when looking for a job opportunity is to find a place where I can be and would be a part of their organizational culture. Secondly, the salary range is always important for any candidate. However, I am more interested in finding a company where I can grow in long term, both in terms of personal development and salary growth.

Planned and completed a 6-month pack-backing trip across Australia, experiencing and learning Aussie cultures and working a variety of part-time jobs to fund the trip.

Assisted Regional Manager with various administrative and managerial tasks.
Oversaw vendors and maintenance personnel to ensure efficiency and daily operations.
Followed with existing clients (property owners) regarding services inquiries.

Played a key role as a part of a highly skilled team of property management executives to deliver operational support for our hotel partners across Ho Chi Minh city.
Communicated directly with clients, supporting Business Development Team to deliver a presentation on a variety of topics, including current top trends and themes of the Vietnamese tourism and hospitality market, operational education, and risk management.
Contributed to the preparation of fact-based reports and materials outlining Reddoorz's businesses, growth opportunities, and possible collaborations with clients.
Key Achievement:
Occupancy and Revenue Growth: Developed in-house marketing approaches for the hotel and collaborated with the Marketing and E-commerce Department for an appropriate pricing strategy. As a result, two of my managed properties had seen a significant increase of two-digit numbers in sales after 3 months.

I suffered from a serious injury in November 2019. Unfortunately, the incident caused me to resign for a six-month period to be able to fully recover from the surgery.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I decided to pursue my dream of starting my own business. Since 2016, I have been obsessed with building a financial blog focusing on helping young Vietnamese better manage personal finance. As the Covid-19 hit hard in Vietnam, I started my business plan.

My long-term plan was to start by building a reputation by giving free but quality content on my blog about personal finance and investment. The next step was to collab with some Tech gurus to develop financial apps and interactive courses for the Vietnamese market.

As of today, we have failed. However, the journey has given me many life-changing lessons.
