Reduce costs, improve revenue: do training everyday/ create a new drink/ automate manual processes by excel+ERP/ optimize staff roster/ set up KPI for staff/ well control small, easily lose items: paper, toothpick, pens, captain order/ use jigger when make drink/ daily tracking the quantity of beverage inventory
