Daily in charge of outlet operation (All-day dining & Fine dining, Pool bar lounge, In Villa Bar & In-Villa Dining). Directly report to Cluster Food & Beverage Manager and partly to Complex General Manager. Manage a team of 11 team members: up to 60 team members for functions and events.
• In charge of organizing events: Wedding, team building, gala dinner, birthday party, family gathering from concept proposal to execution for up to 380 guests
• Coordinate with other departments for executing Banquet and Events
• Weekly Update to General Manager regarding groups & events lead
• Coordinate with sales, clients, and other departments for banquet & events
