market-sensitive.

activities of competition; Prepares monthly F&B report.
- Ensure the departmental budgets are strictly adhered.

- Oversees and directs all aspects of the Rooms function. Under rooms,
operations include Food & beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering &
landscaping.
- Monitor maintenance progress P&L defect list and FF&E (Furniture,
Furnishings, and Equipment) conditions and provide status report to GM.

- Responsible for implementation and adherence of all applicable Vinpearl
brand standards and brand identity at hotel.
- Responsible for reorganization of departmental structure to align with Brand
standards with particular focus on Rooms, Food and Beverage.
- Identified and drove all appropriate measures in terms of early retirement,
redundancy and cessation of employment contracts.
- Responsible for preparation and presentation of total hotel budget and
capital expenditure.
