My career to date has been driven by my passion for delivering beyond expectation hospitality service for
guests and make their stay unforgettable. When graduated, I obtained hospitality experience from
working as Food and Beverage Attendant in Gem Convention Center which has been known for hosting
big events. In 2018, I have relinquished my position as a Reservation Executive at a travel agent after 2
years of contribution, and left the country to go explore Australia by myself with Work and Travel visa. I
still remember the mixed feeling of excitement and nervousness at the airport when I first arrived. But I
incredibly made it to 3 years in the kangaroo country with heaps of fun, friends and experiences. I do
believe that the positive and can-do attitude play an important role in my journey. I would love to bring
this attitude, as well as the skills acquired from 6+ years in hospitality to be part of your team.
In Hamilton Island, Australia, first started as a Housekeeper and got promoted to be a Housekeeping
Supervisor at 4-star Reefview Hotel. During the time on the island, I have also had a casual job as Room
Attendant in 5-star and 6-star resorts such as Beach Club and qualia which gave me a very first touch of
luxury hotel services. Having comeback to Vietnam for more than a year, I had oppotunitiy to work at one of the most brand-new luxury resort as Regent Phu Quoc where the core is providing a sense of spendour and opulence to guests.
