- Set up and control maintenance plan and operations program of golf
course and landscape.
- Adjust unsuitable design of greens 2A, 2C, 4C to be playability
- Renovate greens in peak weather condition to help turfgrass and course
are well playability.
- Remove a large number of weeds on course. Limit diseases on Turfgrass
all areas.
- Improve landscape highlights and trees/ shrubs in whole golf course to
match with play ability and attractions of the course.
- Control the spending and purchasing plan, cost control.
- Utilize costs by properly using applications of fertilizers and chemicals,
control grass nutrition and diseases effectively.
- Control course condition, improve quality of grass and course level.
- Control staff performance daily
- Manage and improve assets of the department
