- Promoting the hotel's products and services.
- Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge about the hotel.
- Responding to emails and phone calls to assist guests with their concerns. Record and process reservations made by phone/email.
- Processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email.
Identifying guest reservation needs and determining appropriate types. Verify availability of room type and rate.
- Maintaining knowledge of special rates/offers/promotions.
- Accommodating and documenting special requests. Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
- Checking reservations delivered from OTA/online platforms to ensure the bookings are successful, and all information is inputted correctly and organized into the system.
- For group reservations: follow details with the Sales team, control availability, special billing, and key all updated information into the system to ensure a smooth process for the operation team.
- Indicating special room reservation types (complimentary rooms, employee discounts, Corporate and Travel Agent reservations) by inputting the correct rate and benefits of each account following the contract.
- Running reports and handling other assigned tasks.
