- Promoting the hotel's products and services. - Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge about the hotel. - Responding to emails and phone calls to assist guests with their concerns. Record and process reservations made by phone/email. - Processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email. Identifying guest reservation needs and determining appropriate types.
