I graduated from university in 2012, majoring in accounting. However, I have worked in the hotel industry since 2013 until now. My point of view is to build a team of 5* standard staff with the spirit of serving customers with the enthusiastic and dedication.
As a lively, agile and dynamic person, I always aim for professionalism in how I manage my team and serve customers.
As a future manager of a 5-star hotel, my key objectives are to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring strong business performance. I aim to implement efficient operational systems that enhance service quality and streamline workflows. A critical part of my strategy will focus on effective cost control—optimizing resource allocation, reducing waste, and maximizing profitability without compromising service standards. Additionally, I will leverage data-driven decision-making and market insights to boost occupancy rates, increase average daily revenue (ADR), and drive long-term sustainable growth.
