Throughout my Bachelor's journey in Hospitality and Tourism at RMIT University, I've immersed myself in a meticulously crafted academic expedition. Beginning with foundational courses, I dove into the core principles of hospitality management, mastering guest relations, hotel operations, and revenue and cost management.
Elective modules allowed for specialization, where I explored event planning, sustainable tourism, economic and financial in established and operate hotel and restaurant and also culinary arts in depth. These courses provided diverse perspectives, enriching my understanding and broadening my horizons within the industry.
Field trips and industry visits provided invaluable real-world insights. Visiting luxury hotels and resorts, I observed the meticulous orchestration of guest services, solidifying my commitment to excellence in hospitality management.
