Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operation for both dine-in and delivery service, ensuring seamless service and uphold guest satisfaction for these several outlets: -Van May restaurant and An Thoi delivery kitchen (April 2024-September 2024) -Lan Gio restaurant (September 2024- August 2025) ⋅ Led menu research and development for Lan Gio restaurant, oversee pre-opening set up and operational planning. ⋅ Receive, process and handle customers' complaints or any issue that occurs during daily operation. ⋅ Regularly review and assess product quality. Conduct daily/weekly food tasting to maintain high standard of food consistency and presentation. ⋅ Manage cost control by set up and meet cost percentage target delivered from the company. ⋅ Oversee the restaurants’ maintenance and refurbishment projects. Work between constructors and Vietnam Treasure to ensure smooth progress and successful result. ⋅ Recruit, interview, train and develop front staff; create a professional, driven team with passion for customer service and strong learning culture. Conduct weekly roster, organize and supervise staff during shifts ⋅ Research and create different promotions, tour sets and service strategies that caters to and attracts new customer bases ⋅ Research and create new menu items to diversify restaurant’s food and drink selections ⋅ Work as a communicator to deliver Vietnam Treasure’s direction to all staff and pass on employee’s needs and requests to the company. Ensure employee’s wellbeing, job satisfaction and benefit according to company’s policy.
