- Supervised, assisted, and reviewed the work of Payroll Consultants and Assistants for the client.

- Worked with and assisted the Line Manager with client responsibilities, proposals, and ongoing requirements of the firm.

- Ensured that payroll work/transactions were properly controlled and reported accurately in accordance with reporting deadlines and company policies.

- Checked, collected, and managed data of timesheets and production efficiency data to ensure accurate salary and bonus calculations.

- Ensured compliance with Labor Law for Payroll, SHUI, PIT related party transactions, and other statutory reports.

- Reviewed Labor reports, SHUI reports, and Personal Income Tax finalizations, liaising with tax officers, external auditors, and other stakeholders.

- Reviewed policies, HR processes, created HR templates, and assisted the Line Manager in delivering HR Consulting Services to help clients build up HR processes.
