I have gained a long experience as a Director / General Manager within important international structured realities.
I have managed teams in up to 574 resources and I have always managing myself all department, including S&M teams, I have good experience with custom service, excellent command quality, on-site marketing, and public relations with individual customers.
I have a great professional experience in the hospitality industry, including start-up and restructuring projects from "zero", experience in project implementation in different phases (design, planting equipment, and full operational management). Knowledge of European business standard processes of developing a hotel service interaction system.
I have experience in major F&B operations, maintaining high productive standards of work within the budget. Additionally, I can communicate and motivate a large number of employees to reach the highest standards and provide training and staff development.
I have always worked in 4-star and 5-star hotels: Business, Tourism and Resort & Spa, with up to 600 rooms.
I am an Italian native speaker, and I speak, read and write correctly English, Russian, French and Spanish and I have a basic knowledge of the Turkish and German language.
