▶️Procurement & Cost Optimization
• Took ownership of the end-to-end procurement process for 200+ POs/month
• Built and applied a structured supplier evaluation framework, supporting continuous improvement and more reliable supplier selection.
• Achieved 8.3% TCO reduction by optimizing procurement workflows, reducing remake rates, and improving product quality.
