1. Coordination & Documentation
- Collaborate with the Part Leader to complete assigned tasks and independently handle delegated work.
- Support Production Managers and VGD with documents, reports, audits, and other administrative tasks.
- Check and update daily released sections for VGD.
- Print, stamp, and post project drawings in the factories; take notes and maintain proper filing.
- Prepare and update BP’s organizational chart and weekly Non-Tower reports.
- Update BP’s weekly work plans and weekend plans.
- Prepare the MMM report and other periodic production reports for VGD.
2. Workforce & Attendance Management
- Track and update the OT records in the MH report.
- Record worker violations related to quality and follow up on corrective actions.
- Enter daily workload data for BP team members.
- Track and update weekly productivity for BP, ST, and MT teams.
- Monitor and record Man-Hour data (Offshore, Onshore, LDST).
3. Employee Support & Welfare
- Support workers with various requests such as payment claims, offshore welding allowances, tire patching, marriage gifts, etc.
- Process monthly advances and payments related to electricity and other factory services.
- Follow up on BP’s monthly suggestion cards and feedback.
4. Performance & Incentive Tracking
- Calculate monthly welding incentives accurately and submit for approval.
- Support BP’s monthly and weekly performance reviews.
5. Training & Continuous Improvement
- Attend weekly TPM
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain awareness of production efficiency and safety standards.
