Responsibilities:
● Perform all check-in and check-out procedures, including registering guests, activating room keys, and processing payments (cash, credit cards, etc.).
● Manage and update guest reservations, including new bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and financial transactions.
● Perform daily tasks such as balancing the cash drawer, conducting a night audit, and preparing
paperwork for the next day's arrivals.
● Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, faxes, and emails.
● Maintain a detailed log of guest feedback, preferences, and special requests to ensure a personalized
experience on future visits.
● Arrange car transportation upon guests’ requests and bookings
● Prepare and inspect VIP bookings (room inspections, paperwork)
● Serve as a knowledgeable resource for all guest inquiries, providing detailed information about hotel
services, facilities, and local attractions.
● Act as the first point of contact for guest complaints, taking immediate and decisive action to resolve
