I have successfully implemented operational improvements, enhanced service standards and strengthened team performance through training and coaching programs.
Previously, while serving as Front Office Manager and Acting Operations Manager at Sherwood Suites Saigon, I managed multiple operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping and Restaurant operations. This role further strengthened my abilities in budget management, P&L oversight, interdepartmental coordination and strategic decision making.
